Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) systems using Solar (CSP) steam
Advanced Wind Energy with and without energy storage systems
The company benefits from the experience of the CSP pioneers that built the SEGS plants in California back in the 80's. Since 1980, key members of Ener-t led the research and development of four generations of parabolic trough technology used in CSP project. Ener-t team also designed the collector structure and the cermet based evacuated heat receivers including the production line used for all SEGS projects.
Our passion has not subsided in our quest to promote the adoption of parabolic technology as we continue to participate in the Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) work of projects, such as 3 X 50 MW (150MW) of about Euro 900 million projects, Ener-t has served as a Technology Provider and supplied the conceptual design, engineering guidelines and supervision and advised in the selection of key components for these state of the art projects that were design to also include thermal energy storage system for extended electricity supply and manageability.
Ener-t International serves as an EPC Contractor and Technology Provider in several multi-megawatts projects under construction and in development in Asia. In India, Ener-t is in advanced stages in the executing of the EPC work, for a 50MW thermal solar project approved under JNNS M phase 1 of the Government of India. Ener-t was selected recently also for the design of the National CSP R&D center at Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
Ener-t executed Performance Improvement Program and provide Owner Engineering service for the 121MW Ashalim thermal solar project -- Israel's largest renewable energy project with 4.5 hours of energy storage using parabolic trough technology in the Negev Desert.
Ener-t served as the EPC contractor and O&M contractor for multi-MW solar PV projects and Floating PV projects of any proportion on a turnkey basis from concept to completion and as per the custom requirements of clients.
So how is Ener-t able to stand up against the declining tariffs for renewable power and win major solar projects? “Thanks to our many years of experience, proven, bankable and innovative technologies and competitive pricing, we bring customers an attractive offering” says Ener-t Founder and Chairman Yehuda Harats.
The company has developed a next generation CSP Parabolic Trough technology. “We achieved annual efficiency of 20%, together with a 30% capacity utilization factor, a world record that makes our projects profitable even at lower tariffs, and easier to finance,” says Harats.
Ener-t International continues to improve the technology, increase efficiency to raise the net electricity being sold, dramatically cut project costs and has lead the way in delivering competitive, inexhaustible, environmentally benign electricity - using power from the sun’s rays.
The company’s latest innovations include thermal storage systems, which enable solar power plants to stay active at night, as well as a patented hybrid solution with biomass, gas or any other type of fossil fuel, which enables plants to generate power 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The company’s staff is comprised of the core technology and engineering team that developed the original solar field technology at LUZ.
Ener-t is using its proven parabolic trough technology knowhow as the basis for the construction of bankable thermo- solar power plants.
Ener-t provides long-term competitive solar solutions through evolutionary development of the technology and aggressive cost reduction programs.
